摘要： 表皮生长因子受体Ⅲ型突变体（EGFRvⅢ）在脑胶质瘤中呈高表达，可以作为一个靶点来治疗肿瘤。针对EGFRvⅢ的抗恶性胶质瘤治疗包括RNA干扰、免疫治疗等方法。

Abstract: Epidermal growth factor receptor Ⅲ variant (EGFRvⅢ) is high expressed in gliomas, which can be used as a target to treat cancer. The therapy methods of glioblastoma targeted for EGFRvⅢ include RNA interference, immunotherapy, etc.
