摘要: 磷脂酰肌醇3激酶-蛋白激酶B(PI3K-Akt)通路异常激活已经被证实与多种肿瘤发生发展密切相关,并且PI3K-Akt通路在结肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用,它参与调控结肠肿瘤细胞存活和增殖、抑制凋亡、促进细胞周期进程等,并且抑制该通路还可能在结肠癌治疗中有潜在作用。
Abstract: The abnormal activation of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K)-protein kinase B (Akt) pathway has already been confirmed that it is closely related to the origin and development of various tumors. PI3K-Akt pathway plays an important role in development of colon cancer, it can regulate cell survival, proliferation, anti-apoptosis, cell cycle progression, etc. Furthermore, inhibition of this pathway may play a potential roll in oncotherapy.
