摘要: [摘要] 研究表明卵泡刺激素(FSH)在卵巢癌的发生、发展过程中通过影响缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等因子的水平对血管生成起着重要的调节作用。新近研究提示FSH-FSHR可能参与了肺癌等性腺外实体瘤的血管生成过程。FSH与肿瘤血管生成之间有着密切联系,可能成为抗肿瘤血管生成的新靶点。

Abstract: [Abstract] Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) has been demonstrated to regulate the angiogenesis of ovarian cancer by modulating the expressing of some factors such as hypoxia induce factor-1 (HIF-1)、vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Meanwhile, recently several studies reported that FSH may also impact the angiogenesis of other solid tumors like lung cancer. Thus, in this article we review the relationship between FSH and the angiogenesis process of solid tumors and conclude that FSH- FSHR could become a promising target for anti-angiogenesis therapy through further research.
