摘要: 目的 探讨上皮黏附分子(EpCAM)与β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)通路蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达分布情况及其临床病理意义,研究两者之间相关性。方法 采取回顾性分析用免疫组化方法检测70例结肠癌组织和相应的癌旁组织标本中EpCAM与β-catenin表达,分析其与结肠癌临床病理特征的关系及两者之间相关性。结果 ①EpCAM和β-catenin在结肠癌组织中阳性表达分别为52例(74.3%)、55(78.6%);EpCAM和β-catenin在癌旁组织中阳性表达分别为13例(15.7%)、9(12.9%),差异有统计学意义。②EpCAM与β-catenin呈现正相关表达(r=0.616,P<0.01),③EpCAM和β-catenin表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论 EpCAM与β-catenin通路在结肠癌存在正相关性,EpCAM和β-catenin与结肠癌关系密切,其水平表达可以作为判断结肠癌病程和愈合参考指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical pathological significance of EpCAM and the β-catenin pathway in colon cancer, and the correlation between EpCAM andβ-catenin.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detecte the expressions of EpCAM and β-catenin proteins in colon cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues of 70 cases of colon cancer patients ,the clinical and pathological features of colon cancer and their relationship were retrospective analyzed.Results:⑴EpCAM and β-catenin protein expressions in colon cancer tissue was 52 cases (74.3%) and 55 (78.6%) positive respectively; EpCAM and β-catenin proteins in cancer adjacent tissues in 13 cases(15.7%) and 9 cases (12.9%) were positive, the differences were statistically significant.⑵the EpCAM expression is positively correlated with the β-catenin expression (r=0.616,P<0.01).⑶ The expressions of EpCAM and β-catenin correlated with the tumor differentiation, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging related (P<0.05).Conclusion: EpCAM and β-catenin pathways in colon cancer positively correlate, and closely correlate with colon cancer. The expression level of EpCAM and β-catenin can be used as a reference for the colon disease course and healing.
