摘要: 去整合素金属蛋白酶(ADAM)是一类跨膜或分泌型蛋白,在细胞融合、黏连、降解细胞外基质、水解胞外蛋白和信号传导过程中都具有重要作用。其功能结构域主要为类金属蛋白酶域和去整合素域。在胃结直肠肿瘤中有不同ADAM的表达,在肿瘤的发生发展及转移过程中发挥作用。对ADAM家族的进一步研究和认识可能会对肿瘤的分子靶向治疗提供更多的选择。

Abstract: The ADAMs(a disintegrin and metalloproteinase) are a family of transmembrane or secreted proteins with important roles in cell fusion, adhesion, degradation of extracellular matrix, proteolysis, and signaling. The most important domains of ADAMs includes metalloprotease domain and disintegrin domain. Some ADAMs have been observed in gastric and colorectal cancer, and produced a marked effects during the tumor development and metastasis. The further research of ADAMs may provide more choices for tumor target therapy.
