Variety of molecular mechanisms of cisplatin in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract

Abstract: Cisplatin has good effects in the treatment of a variety of solid cancers. Studies have shown that cisplatin can make great contributions in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma through DNA, telomeres, cell cycle, apoptosis, apoptotic volume decrease, cell senescence, NK cells and other channels.
