Abstract: The estrogen receptor (ER) coregulators regulate the transcriptional activities of ER, and then affect the transcription and translation of target genes mediated by ER. ER coregulators not only plays an important role in the initiation, progression and metastasis of breast cancer, but also involved in the response to endocrine therapy of breast cancer via the genomic and nongenomic function.
