Abstract: Inflammatory microenvironment plays a key role in the tumor recurrence and metastasis. The inflammation of tumor microenvironment can  start the tumor metastasis by regulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition;can improve the tumor invasion by degradation the extracellular matrix;in addition to, inflammation can supply appropriate microenvironment for tumor vascular angiogenesis.
