摘要: Pim-3作为表达丝氨酸和(或)苏氨酸激酶活性的原癌基因pim家族新成员,与pim-1、pim-2在序列、结构和功能上高度相似,通过磷酸化众多特异性底物而在细胞周期改变、细胞凋亡以及某些肿瘤发生中起重要调控作用。

Abstract: Pim-3, a new member of the the proto-oncogene pim family which expresses serine and threonine kinase activity, shows a high similar to pim-1 and pim-2 at the function, structure and sequence. Pim-3 plays an important regulative role in the cell cycle transform, cell apoptosis and occurrence of the malignant tumors by phosphorylating numerous specific substrates.
