摘要： 内科治疗是治疗晚期胆道系统肿瘤的重要手段。吉西他滨是最有效的药物之一，吉西他滨联合顺铂已成为标准方案。二线方案的相关研究甚少。靶向治疗有望成为新的标准，但需大型临床试验证实。

Abstract: Medical therapy is the primary choice for patients with advanced biliary tract cancer. Gemcitabine has been proved to be one of the most effective drugs and a standard regimen has been made when combined with cisplatin. Studies of the second line therapy is few. Targeted therapy has a potential to create a new era in the future but needs to be validated in large clinical trials.
