Abstract: With multi-slice spiral CT widely used in lung cancer screening, groundglass nodule (GGN) has also received extensive attention. In addition to benign disease, GGN may also be a special manifestation of early lung adenocarcinoma and its precancerous lesions. Therefore, investigation of the correlation between CT imaging features of GGN and pathological subtypes or molecular biology of lung adenocarcinoma is of great significance in guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.
