Abstract: Chemotherapy is an important treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), the efficiency of chemotherapy directly affects the survival rate and living quality of patients. Studies show that physical therapies such as hyperthermia, tumor treating fields, alternating microcurrent, hyperbaric oxygen treatment and photodynamic therapy play chemosensitization effects in NSCLC by means of improving the concentrations of chemotherapeutic agents in tumor cells, promoting tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting the expressions of multidrug resistance gene and protein and other ways.
